Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related degree. Knowledge of NOM-051 and applicable regulations for labeling prepackaged foods. Interpretation of nutritional tables and information declared on packaging. Identification of labeling deviations. Understanding of mechanical drawings and technical specifications. Basic knowledge of any ERP system (desirable). Knowledge of materials and performance of snack packaging, including functional testing and shelf life. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Develop, update, and validate mechanical drawings of packaging materials. Conduct functionality, compatibility, and performance testing of materials in laboratory and plant settings. Validate printing, color, and technical specifications of packaging materials. Coordinate testing of new materials and technical adjustments. Perform implementation testing of packaging materials on production lines. Ensure correct standardization of materials in operation. Support technical research on trends and innovation in materials.
