Responsibilities • Design and implement Organizational Development strategies. • Develop and monitor career plans and internal growth opportunities. • Design organizational structures, job levels, and position categories. • Implement performance evaluation processes. • Develop and analyze organizational climate surveys. • Design and implement talent retention strategies. • Coordinate integration initiatives, organizational culture, and employee engagement. • Manage indicators related to climate, turnover, retention, and job satisfaction. • Participate in organizational change management projects. • Coordinate actions related to NOM-035. • Generate improvement proposals to strengthen the employee experience. • Conduct organizational diagnostics and develop action plans based on findings. Requirements • Completed bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles specifically focused on Organizational Development.
