A logistics company with over 15 years in the market is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Toluca 2000 Industrial Park area. Requirements: * Completed Engineering or Bachelor’s degree. * Experience in 3PL (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams of more than 20 people. * Mandatory inventory management experience. * Proficiency in WMS and SAP systems. Competencies: * Functional and behavioral competencies: Leadership, Responsibility, Proactiveness. * Teamwork. * Equipment, software, and/or system proficiency: Office, SAP. * Safe operation of forklifts (Double-Reach, reverse-direction). * WMS system and handheld device operation. * Operation of electric scooters, hydraulic pallet jacks, and Integrated Management Systems. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: 1. Review the work schedule to assign appropriate tasks to subordinates. 2. Supervise CEDIS operations (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping) to ensure they are carried out correctly and safely, in accordance with client and company procedures. 3. Ensure inventory movements are recorded electronically in real time and that the cyclic counting program is executed timely and accurately to guarantee consistency between physical stock and system records. 4. Supervise proper implementation of maintenance, housekeeping, and cleaning programs for facilities and equipment. 5. Trace inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and resolve them satisfactorily. 6. Maintain staff discipline and verify compliance with company policies and regulations. 7. Report performance indicators to evaluate operational and personnel performance. 8. Develop and monitor action plans to eliminate process deviations. 9. Coordinate and participate in operational kickoff meetings. 10. Assist with workplace cleaning, manual pallet handling, palletizing, separation of damaged goods, etc. 11. Comply with the Food Safety Management System: Actively participate in food safety management system activities; attend all scheduled trainings; participate in product recall and traceability drills as well as internal audit exercises; promote staff awareness regarding finished-product safety.
