Position Summary: Supervises and controls projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, managing teams and promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Profile: Architect or Civil Engineer Responsibilities Supervise and control the operation of all active projects in the portfolio. Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and field quality standards. Implement efficient operational processes, workflows, and execution models. Coordinate Project Leaders and Managers, supervisors, and technical teams. Manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring performance, quality, and cost control. Analyze operational risks and implement mitigation and containment strategies. Ensure compliance with safety, construction, and legal regulatory requirements. Present periodic operational reports to senior management. Promote continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of technological tools. Evaluate operational staff performance and participate in hiring decisions.
