Job Summary: We are seeking experienced CCTV monitors for real-time monitoring, alert management, operational communication, report generation, and security support. Key Highlights: 1. Active security support and protocol compliance tracking EXPERIENCED CCTV MONITORS ARE REQUIRED Responsibilities: Real-time monitoring Monitoring via closed-circuit platforms Alert response Receiving and managing alerts such as: Panic button activation Excessive speed Unauthorized stops Route deviations Unit shutdown Operational communication With drivers With supervisors With security centers To report incidents or issue instructions. Reporting and logging Patrols Incidents Transfer times Vehicle behavior Security support Responding to thefts, emergencies, or hazardous situations following established protocols.
