Statutory benefits from day one Position: Security Monitor Department: Monitoring Center Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico Schedule: Full-time / Rotating 12x12 shifts Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and attentive Security Monitor responsible for monitoring video surveillance systems, alarm systems, and other security devices in real time, with the objective of preventing incidents and ensuring the safety of people and facilities. Main Responsibilities: - Monitor CCTV cameras and GPS security systems 24/7 - Detect, report, and follow up on incidents or suspicious activities - Activate emergency protocols in case of risk events - Maintain constant communication with field operational staff - Prepare daily incident reports and monitoring logs - Verify proper operation of video surveillance and alarm equipment - Escalate critical situations to supervisors or relevant authorities - Safeguard confidentiality of information and recordings Requirements: - Completed high school education (minimum) - Prior experience in monitoring (CCTV, GPS, or alarms) - Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills - Strong observational skills and attention to detail - Availability to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends) - Good communication skills and ability to handle pressure We Offer: - Competitive salary - Statutory benefits from day one - Continuous training - Growth opportunities. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 21 and 55 years Keywords: monitoring, security monitor
