




Position Summary: Manage and coordinate infrastructure, machinery, and equipment maintenance by developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans to ensure process continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead 4 maintenance areas (Mechanical, Electrical, Services, Safety). 2. Develop strategies to minimize plant downtime. 3. Ensure plant operations under the ZERO-accident culture. Electromechanical Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer. Related degree with knowledge of industrial maintenance, automation, and control. Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in Food & Packaging Industries and Buildings. Manage and coordinate infrastructure, machinery, and equipment maintenance. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance work plans to ensure continuity of packaging processes. Lead and coordinate the company's 4 maintenance areas (Mechanical, Electrical, Services, and Safety). Ensure compliance with departmental policies and implement new measures for occupational risk prevention. Ensure achievement of the company’s strategic objectives related to Productivity, Quality, Safety, Cost, and Work Environment. Coordinate with the Plant Manager and Administration Department regarding requirements necessary for operational and infrastructure maintenance. Develop strategies to minimize plant downtime to the greatest extent possible and meet market demand requirements. Ensure plant operations under the ZERO-accident culture by eliminating unsafe conditions in infrastructure and equipment, and training operators on potential risks associated with equipment operation. Ensure high-quality maintenance services delivered by contractors and/or external suppliers. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: Between 28 and 45 years old Knowledge: Automation, Packaging, Corrective Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Machinery, Mechatronics, Maintenance Supervision Willingness to Travel: Yes
