Maintenance Assistant for Shopping Center Location: Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico Salary: $9,600 gross monthly Job Description A prominent shopping center is currently seeking a committed, responsible, and service-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The position aims to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the facilities, ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of the shopping center’s common areas. · Main Responsibilities Conduct inspection rounds throughout the facilities. Perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing tasks. Respond to preventive and corrective maintenance reports. Assist with minor repairs of equipment and facilities. Maintain common areas in optimal condition. Promptly report any anomalies detected. Comply with established safety guidelines. Requirements Completed secondary education (technical high school diploma preferred). Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and masonry. Availability to work rotating shifts. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills. Schedule Work from Monday to Sunday with one weekday off.
