The role involves supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities within our facilities, ensuring safe, functional, and optimal operational conditions. Main Responsibilities: Supporting preventive maintenance of facilities. Basic electrical repairs (replacing light fixtures, outlets, switches). Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, adjustments). Basic painting, masonry, and carpentry tasks. Assisting with furniture relocation and arrangement. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area and tools. Promptly reporting major defects to the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and painting. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Physical work availability.
