Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and self-taught Engineer with experience in environmental legislation and STPS regulations to manage environmental procedures and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Adaptability and teamwork capability Education: Engineering degree (Environmental, Industrial, Chemical, or related field) Knowledge and interpretation of current Mexican legislation regarding Occupational Safety and Health, Environment, as well as STPS regulatory compliance 1–2 years of experience in: Development and implementation of STPS Official Mexican Standards (NOMs), Procedures before SEMARNAT, CONAGUA, and Civil Protection authorities, Environmental license applications (CDMX and State of Mexico), Waste management procedures (Municipal Solid Waste, Hazardous Waste, and Special Handling Waste), COA, MAU, IDA, and MIA application procedures, Wastewater discharge permit applications, Preparation of Management Plans, Experience in submission and preparation of PIPC and PEPC documents, Environmental audits, Inspections at state, federal, and municipal levels, Management Plans for Municipal Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste, · Profile: Proactive profile with inclination toward self-learning and dynamism Decision-making ability Strong verbal fluency and assertive communication skills Adaptability Teamwork aptitude Conflict resolution and complaint follow-up skills Comfortable managing procedures Negotiation skills Automobile operation capability, with ability to travel within the Valley of Mexico Employment Type: Full-time, probationary period Contract Duration: 6 months Benefits: Flexible working hours Option for indefinite-term contract Additional vacation days or paid leave Food vouchers. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Driver's License: Class A Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: supervisor, manager, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, project
