Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Inventory Controller Assistant to optimize inventory controls and ensure service levels for the proper use of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administers and reconciles inventories according to established procedures. 2. Validates information regarding product inbound and outbound movements. 3. Supports the project manager in various activities. A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking: Administrative Inventory Controller Assistant We are a Mexican company with 95 years of experience in the market, offering comprehensive logistics services; due to expansion, we are currently recruiting personnel for a new project. POSITION OBJECTIVE: To optimize time-based and data-capture controls for inventories, ensuring service levels for the proper management of goods control. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: · Academic Qualification: Minimum completed high school education (technical baccalaureate). · One year of experience in logistics and inventory management. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Administers inventories and performs reconciliations thereof in accordance with established procedures. · Validates information related to product inbound and outbound handling operations. · Provides technical support for external and internal system management. · Supports the project manager in various operational and administrative activities as required. · Provides technical support for customer information management.
