




Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Analyst for our CEDIS, responsible for executing and controlling cycle counts, analyzing movements, and conducting inventory audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and control of movement records in the system 2. Execution of cycle counts and discrepancy analysis 3. Supervision and monthly inventory audit A logistics services company is seeking: Inventory Analyst for CEDIS We offer: Monthly salary of $14,000 MXN (take-home pay). Bi-weekly payments Statutory benefits. Punctuality and attendance bonus of $600 MXN per month (additional). Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), based on operational needs 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday) Main Responsibilities: - Schedule and execute assigned cycle counts in the system. - Analyze and control movement records in the system, ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Perform daily cycle counts assigned by the system, as well as those for high-value and high-turnover SKUs. - Analyze discrepancies in product deliveries, expediting system entries and correcting each discrepancy. - Supervise, distribute, and record the monthly inventory count for the area. - Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations, ensuring alignment between system data and physical inventory. Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Bachelor’s Degree, or related field 1–2 years of experience as an inventory analyst ERP system proficiency (MANDATORY) Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, filters, formulas.
