Position: Administrative Assistant Department: Control and Trust Position Objective: Support the administrative and operational management of the Control and Trust Department, ensuring proper personnel evaluation through in-depth interviews. Main Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates and employees to identify risk factors. Analyze and interpret security indicators for decision-making. Support the integration, control, and safeguarding of confidential files. Follow up on personnel evaluation and validation processes. Prepare administrative and results reports. Collaborate on organizational risk mitigation strategies. Requirements: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Criminology, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in in-depth interviews (preferably in security or human resources areas). Knowledge of indicator management and data analysis. High observational, analytical, and discreet capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
