Your Responsibilities: Attention and follow-up to employees. Administration and control of personnel files. Payroll incident tracking. Employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Support in hiring and onboarding new hires. Tracking of medical leaves, vacations, and permissions. Preparation of Human Resources reports. Support in labor relations and operational support. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in personnel administration. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Excellent service-oriented attitude. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
