Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: Assist in job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Onboarding: Manage the welcome process, orientation, and documentation for new hires. Personnel Administration: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files; manage contracts, incident tracking, hiring/termination processes, and payroll support. Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact to address employee questions regarding policies and benefits. Requirements: Agility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to technological changes.
