




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized HR Intern with excellent interpersonal skills to provide administrative support for Recruitment, Culture, and Personnel Administration processes. The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational support across various departmental processes (Recruitment, Culture, Personnel Administration). We seek an organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and strong enthusiasm to learn how talent is managed within an organization. Main Responsibilities Support in organizing, digitizing, and updating physical and digital personnel files. Support in posting job openings on various job boards, conducting initial resume screening, and contacting candidates to schedule interviews. Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (preparing welcome kits, facility tours, collecting signatures). Collaborate in organizing internal events, drafting announcements, and team-building activities. Serve as a point of contact to address basic inquiries from our field staff. Support in recording attendance, handling simple attendance incidents, or tracking training progress. Profile Requirements Currently enrolled in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. (Mandatory: valid student liability insurance). Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel is a strong plus). Clear written communication. Competencies: Handling sensitive information.
