Job Summary: Home-based Collection Officer responsible for validating customer data, generating payment plans, and establishing long-term relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Your responsibilities include: As a home-based Collection Officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as setting up payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. · Key Responsibilities - Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their applications. - Understand customer needs to offer the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. - Deliver service to our customers with respect and courtesy. - Operate motorcycles in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General High School 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 49 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, collector, captain, collection, payment, collection
