Assign vacancies and monitor the recruitment team. Validate candidate profiles and job requisitions with requesting departments. Supervise vacancy postings across various recruitment channels. Participate in interviews for key or strategic positions. Ensure compliance with departmental KPIs. Monitor active vacancies (administrative, operational, and specialized). Ensure proper personnel file assembly in accordance with the QMS.
