Coordination with financial institutions Position Objective Provide administrative and operational support in automotive credit management, ensuring proper file integration, application tracking, and coordination with financial institutions to expedite credit approval and vehicle delivery processes. Main Responsibilities Integrate and validate customer files for credit applications. Input information into financial institution and bank platforms. Track the status of credit applications. Maintain communication with sales advisors and financial entities. Verify documentation (INE, income statements, proof of address, etc.). Assist in contract signing and document delivery to customers. Control and archive physical and digital files. Prepare reports and update databases. Support administrative processes within the financing department. Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, financial, or automotive areas (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic to intermediate Excel). Knowledge of credit processes (preferred).
