Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree / incomplete degree / high school diploma Valid Class A driver’s license (standard automobile operation) Flexible availability of working hours Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position Prior experience in training within the Security field (preferred) Knowledge of instructional content development and teaching methodologies Communication skills Vocation for teaching Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to travel (Puerto Interior and Irapuato areas) 70% field work, 30% office work Main Responsibilities: Deliver continuous training to personnel in the Bajío region. Ensure meaningful learning outcomes for participants. Adapt training programs to meet team and environmental needs. Ensure all participants receive necessary support for their development.
