Responsibilities Manage collection strategies to ensure compliance with established deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns related to payments. Analyze collection reports and propose process improvements. Maintain an up-to-date record of outstanding debts and payment status. · Requirements Prior experience in similar collection roles. Familiarity with collection management tools and software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
