Job Summary: Field Collection Agent responsible for recovering late-stage delinquent portfolios through on-site visits and payment plan negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. 100% field-based collection management on assigned routes. 2. Negotiation of settlement plans and agreements. 3. Recovery of payments from late-stage delinquent portfolios. *Field Collection Agent* • Work conditions: 100% field-based, routes organized by zone. • Must have reliable transportation available. TOLUCA TERRITORY (Center, Metepec, Valle de Bravo, Jocotitlán). *Responsibilities:* Conduct home visits to assigned late-stage delinquent accounts. Increase payment recoveries, payment commitments, and verifiable agreements. Negotiate settlement plans and agreements in accordance with current policies, documenting client acceptance. Payments supported by evidence (receipts) to update status and collection records for each visit, contact, and outcome. *Requirements:* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field collection and/or recovery sales. Experience handling late-stage delinquent portfolios (120+ days overdue). Completed high school diploma (technical or incomplete undergraduate degree in economics/administration preferred). Motivation for commission-based compensation. *We Offer:* Guaranteed base income of $2,296 + excellent commission structure based on recovered amounts. Weekly payments (Fridays).
