Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in emergency situations and continuous medical care, ensuring safe procedures, dignified treatment, and adherence to clinical protocols, closely collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and contributing to the quality and safety of care delivered. Blood sample collection and vital signs monitoring. Safe and accurate administration of medications according to medical prescription. Assistance in medical procedures and direct patient care. Performing wound dressings, bandaging, and suture removal. Electrocardiogram (ECG) acquisition for physician interpretation. Accurate completion of nursing logs and review of clinical records. Participation in triage and patient classification to prioritize care. Supervision of supply inventory, red carts, and corresponding logs. Effective communication with attending physicians and other team members. Humanized care adhering to clinical practice standards and guidelines. Providing support during emergency situations. Management of equipment sterilization center and related control records. Requesting daily consumable equipment from the warehouse. Authority to conduct initial nursing assessment and prioritization (triage if assigned). Risk classification. Detection of warning signs. Activation of emergency protocols (codes).
