Vehicle Control Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for vehicle supervision and maintenance, documentation management, fuel consumption monitoring, coordination with suppliers, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the vehicle fleet and its documentation. 2. Coordination and tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Fuel consumption analysis and incident reporting. -Supervise and maintain up-to-date control of all company vehicles. -Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance services. -Vehicle documentation control (circulation permits, insurance policies, license fees, emissions verification, etc.). -Fuel consumption recording and analysis. -Coordination with service providers (repair shops, insurance companies, etc.). -Incident reporting and preparation of periodic reports. -Supervision of proper vehicle usage by staff. -Support in processes related to vehicle acquisition, disposal, or replacement.
