Its headquarters are located in Copenhagen, Denmark, and in Mexico at Forum Naucalpan, with approximately 12,000 employees in the country · We are seeking an Electrical Engineer · Requirements · Four years’ experience in a similar position · Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of high- and medium-voltage critical equipment, aligned with customer installation requirements. · Education: Industrial Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer. · Standard automobile driving skills · Availability for travel and field assignments · Desirable: Training courses on UPS systems, medium- and high-voltage systems · Activities and Objectives · Ensure optimal operation of customer’s critical equipment (UPS, emergency power plants, medium-voltage transformers, voltage regulators, and electrical substations). · Develop and monitor quarterly scheduled maintenance program aimed at extending functional life of critical equipment. · Internal and external cleaning of UPS units. · Visual inspection of internal components (UPS) at circuit board level. · Temperature system inspection (fan replacement if required). · Battery testing with general parameter measurement (voltage). · Application of anti-static liquid to UPS housing. · Load testing of UPS units for over 30 minutes to ensure optimal battery bank performance. · General minor inspection of emergency power plants (high-pressure plant washing, component inspection, indicator and sensor checks, fluid inspections—oil, coolant, battery electrolyte, etc., operational and load testing of plant for over 30 minutes, thermal inspection using thermal gun or thermographic camera). · Perform transformation ratio tests, insulation resistance tests, winding ohmic tests, circuit breaker and relay trip tests, excitation current tests. · Conduct hot-spot analysis. · Perform grounding and power factor tests. · Visual inspection of indicators, meters, internal components, and primary board of voltage regulators. · Perform tests on internal transformer of voltage regulator. · Perform parameter tests and internal/external cleaning of voltage regulators. · General cleaning of substations. · Load monitoring. · Perform thermographic camera testing. · Inspect grounding connections, high-voltage and low-voltage cables. · General corrosion inspection, pressure relief valves, oil drain valves, and bushing condition. · Perform insulation tests, transformation ratio tests, and contact resistance inspection. · Dielectric strength test of insulating liquids. · Inspection of measuring accessories and general parameters. · Request and quote required work materials. · Conduct inventory of critical equipment under responsibility, according to assigned zone.
