Job Summary: Deliver flowers and transport products, ensuring customer satisfaction while coordinating with the team and commercial departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safeguarding of goods and vehicles Job Objective: Perform flower deliveries via cargo transportation or transport finished products, raw materials, or general supplies. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent delivery service. Participate in effective coordination of deliveries, order processing, and order pickups with the rest of the Oleoflor team located in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, distribution centers, and the commercial department. Safeguard all goods being transported as well as vehicles assigned to the driver by the Company. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service • Collect payment or deliver change and safeguard funds as required. • Maintain and replenish products • Recommend and demonstrate products suited to customers’ needs • Actively participate in product receiving and dispatch, as well as loading and unloading. • Know in detail the characteristics of each product. • Collaborate with other team members on various activities. • Adhere to company labor policies and ethics. • Take care of company property entrusted to the driver. • Deliver materials, documents, or other items designated by supervisors for collection or delivery elsewhere. • Collaborate on any additional activity or task assigned by the direct supervisor or Commercial Manager Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License • Familiarity with the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area • Willingness and ability to travel • Experience in similar positions • Customer service skills Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License • Knowledge of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area • Willingness and ability to travel • Experience in similar positions • Customer service skills Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including one hour for lunch; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Work location: Loma Blanca, Zapopan, Jalisco.
