Database and Analytics Support Analyst (NOC) We are seeking a Database and Analytics Support Analyst (NOC) with experience in 24/7 operations, incident management, and support for data platforms. This position is ideal for candidates with a solid technical background in MySQL, experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks, and a focus on operational continuity, SLA compliance, and resolution of high-impact incidents. Responsibilities - Manage incidents related to databases, analytical services, and cloud platforms. - Monitor critical systems and follow up on alerts within the NOC environment. - Escalate, coordinate, and document incidents according to defined protocols. - Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to response/resolution timeframes. - Support troubleshooting, optimization, and administration of MySQL environments. - Provide support for platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks. - Participate in post-incident analysis and propose continuous improvement initiatives. - Prepare technical reports and incident summaries for internal teams and stakeholders. - Collaborate with operational, support, and related teams in a 24/7 environment. Required Profile - Minimum 3 years of experience in NOC or 24/7 support. - Experience in incident management and SLA tracking. - Solid knowledge of MySQL: administration, optimization, backups, recovery, and high availability. - Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks. - Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Splunk, or similar. - Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. - Ability to work under pressure and coordinate critical incidents.
