Join us as: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE · · Objective: Timely entry into the WMS system of all incoming and outgoing product movements occurring in the warehouse. · Responsibilities: - Document and enter into the WMS system all warehouse inbound, outbound, and relocation transactions. - Prepare and print required reports for warehouse operations. - Maintain communication with customers to schedule cargo loading and unloading, as well as notify them of any incidents or anomalies arising during operations related to their products. - Identify and report to the immediate supervisor or management any non-compliance with FRIALSA’s operational procedures and standards. - Identify and report to the immediate supervisor or management any deviations from proper inventory control practices. - Collaborate in training and mentoring fellow employees. · · Requirements: - Technical degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Logistics and Transportation, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience performing duties associated with this position. - Minimum 6 months of experience using inventory management systems and delivering customer service. · WORK SCHEDULE: 8-hour rotating shifts every 15 days 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM · Required Knowledge: - Microsoft Office Suite - WMS System Additional Benefits and Perks: - Benefits exceeding statutory requirements - Savings fund - 9% savings fund contribution - Life insurance - Monthly vouchers - Profit-sharing - 26-day Christmas bonus - Punctuality and attendance bonuses - Employee transportation (established route) · Work Location: Querétaro Parks, adjacent to PIQ, heading toward La Estacada · If interested, please apply through this channel.
