REQUIREMENTS Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of billing, collections, and customer follow-up Experience using systems such as SAE or similar Basic experience in digital marketing or lead management MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Customer and prospect service and follow-up Preparation of quotations and commercial proposals Lead follow-up (phone calls, emails, and web chat) Acquisition of new customers Support in the development of commercial projects Coordination with internal departments Database control and updating Administrative and billing process support WE OFFER Base salary: $15,000 gross monthly Additional $3,000 in vouchers (groceries and gasoline) Statutory benefits Opportunity for growth Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Bernardo Quintana Industrial Park. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Professional Education T 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Customer Service Keywords: care, intendencia, administration, quartermaster, administracion
