Scrap Crane Operator - Morning Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrap Crane Operator and/or Backhoe Operator to work at Ferrosos y Metales de Oriente S.A. de C.V., focusing on loading, unloading, and maintenance of scrap metal, ensuring material order and quality. Contribute to the team's success with your experience and proactivity. We are seeking a Scrap Crane Operator and/or Backhoe Operator to work at Ferrosos y Metales de Oriente S.A. de C.V. We need a professional experienced in handling heavy cargo. 1.- Efficiently load, unload, sort, arrange, and clean scrap and materials using the crane. 2.- Preventive checklists, minor repairs, washing and greasing, replenishing greases, oils, and fluids, supporting major preventive and corrective maintenance. 3.- Detect and report anomalies occurring outside or during operation to your supervisor or respective department. 4.- Perform repairs instructed and pre-authorized by your immediate supervisor. 5.- Prepare and submit required reports to the department on time and as specified. 6.- Report scrap failing to meet PROCUREMENT POLICIES, SCRAP CLASSIFICATION, AND QUALITY STANDARDS before or during unloading. 7.- Load scrap according to CLIENTS' QUALITY REQUIREMENTS. 8.- Maintain order and proper location of scrap in the plant according to its classification and SCRAP STORAGE LAYOUT DIAGRAM. 9.- Other related activities as required by the company. This is an on-site position requiring the operator to be available for shift work, including weekends and holidays as needed.
