




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accurate determination of Cost of Sales by controlling inventory, purchases, and sales to ensure the reliability of financial information. Guarantee the reliability of physical inventories Job Objective: Ensure accurate determination of Cost of Sales by reviewing re-invoicing, cancellations, and tracking systems supporting financial information validation. Safeguards and oversees correct average cost calculation in accordance with established accounting policies. Responsibilities: 1.- Review and record product purchase documentation and warehouse receipt. 2.- Calculate and, if applicable, record Cost of Sales. 3.- Review and record product sales documentation and warehouse shipment. 4.- Conduct/inventory count review. 5.- Review and schedule payments related to products. 6.- Review complete purchase supporting documentation (purchase traceability and evidence of warehouse receipt). 7.- Record product purchases in accounting records and perform proper valuation. 8.- Ensure recording and monitoring of inventory control and its valuation. 9.- Ensure recording and monitoring of Cost of Sales control and its valuation. 10.- Monitor sales and associated warehouse shipments. 11.- Perform/monitor accounting recording of sales. 12.- Randomly assist in physical inventory counts and/or evaluate corresponding supporting documentation. 13.- Ensure reliability of physical inventory counts. 14.- Review supporting documentation for receipts, invoices, and volumetric reports of purchases. 15.- Once validated, schedule and request payments for corresponding product purchases.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Keywords: assistant, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
