At Zona Sur (Galerías Santa Anita), we are hiring the top 2 cosmetologists/dermatological aestheticians to join our luxury branch. We seek professionals who master treatment cabins, love precision, and are ready to work with cutting-edge protocols under the highest standards. THE BEST COMPENSATION SCHEME IN THE MARKET: Guaranteed Base Salary: $12,000 MXN monthly (take-home pay). Sales Closing Bonuses: Earn an additional $500 for each sale closed by the sales team with your clients. Loyalty Bonus: An additional $500 for each membership renewal by your clients. Direct Commissions: Percentage-based commission on services and products purchased by your clients. Additional Income: Tips from high-profile clients. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
