Contacts customers and operators A prominent logistics company is currently seeking your talent for the position of: *CONTROL DESK* Requirements • Partially completed or completed Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field • Intermediate Office skills • 2 years of experience in control desk roles within logistics departments • Proficiency in SAP and WMS (SAP proficiency is mandatory) Responsibilities • Updating logbooks (returns, rejections, orders, pending items, etc.) • Generating delivery notes for incoming and outgoing shipments • Reporting inventory discrepancies versus orders • Preparing and sending reports • Generating incident reports identified during receiving and shipping • Contacting customers and operators We Offer • Monthly gross salary of $11,645 MXN • Statutory benefits • Grocery vouchers amounting to 10% of salary • Vacation bonus of 50% • Profit-sharing • Uniforms • Bonus • Savings fund • Schedule: ROTATING SHIFT 4X3: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM // 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM If you meet the requirements, please send us your updated CV.
