Three-shift role with weekend rest A leading logistics company is currently seeking your talent for the Control Desk role in T E P O T Z O T L A N: · *CONTROL DESK* · Requirements High school diploma Intermediate Office skills 1 year of experience in control desk roles within logistics departments SAP and WMS system operation Advanced intermediate Excel (pivot tables, data cross-referencing, formulas, macros) · Responsibilities Updating logs (returns, rejections, orders, pending items, etc.) Generating delivery notes for incoming and outgoing shipments Reporting inventory discrepancies versus orders Preparing and sending reports Generating reports on incidents identified during receiving and shipping operations.
