Location: Mexico City Function: Commerce Sub Function: Commerce \- Marketing \- Consumer and Market Intelligence Type of Contract: Permanent Objetivo del rol Lead the development of insights to feed the Brand Equity and Communication strategy (TV, Digital and Other media) for the Heineken Mexico brand portfolio (Beer \& Flavored Beers), with category and competitive vision, ensuring contribution to the strategy for the growth of Heineken Mexico brands. Contribute to the generation of actionable insights for the communication strategy of all HMEX brands based on deep consumer knowledge, behaviors and consumption habits. Main activities * Generate insights from the diagnosis of equity of HMEX portfolio brands and competitors to create actionable recommendations. * Analyze and connect the dots by evaluating primary and secondary information (Brand Health, Nielsen, Media, Communication, Creativity, Execution, Pricing, etc.) to generate strategic actionable insights for the HMEX brand portfolio. * Monitor and develop recommendations through brand equity tracking methodologies, market performance indicators, Communication (TV and Digital), and ad hoc studies. * Post-test evaluation of communication materials. Development of learnings and actionable items for potential optimization. * Implement a 'Learning agenda' to support the Media team's learning plans, including appropriate validation methodologies. * Sharp and assertive communication to act as a strategic partner for managerial and executive stakeholders across different cross-functional teams within Heineken Mexico. * Develop and manage relationships with key agencies, ensuring accurate and fluid communication, collaborative work, timely delivery, and depth of insights.
