Join Grupo Peña Verde! We are currently seeking a CLAIMS ADJUSTER. Responsibilities: - Advise insured parties at the time of a claim, applying company-established processes and policies, to fulfill the service contracted by the client. - Quantify damages or injuries to establish a claim reserve. - Assign required services for vehicle repair or for injured persons to be treated at clinics or hospitals. - Submit claim files handled by the company for official registration. - Determine liability using traffic regulations, the liability determination guide, and technical expertise.
