Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive field sales representative to conduct home visits, identify customer needs, close direct sales, and provide after-sales service in assigned areas. Professional development with training and a career plan What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Conduct home visits to customers in assigned areas. Approach customers directly at their residence in a respectful and professional manner. Identify customer needs through concise and direct questions. Capture customer interest and build trust from the first contact. Explain service features, benefits, and terms. Direct and in-person sales closing. Collect and validate customer documentation. Cover assigned routes and areas daily. Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives. Provide after-sales service to customers. What Do We Require From You? Age: 18 years and older. Education: Minimum junior high school or higher. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in direct sales and field work. Proficiency in using smartphones and applications such as Facebook and WhatsApp. Passion for sales and customer service. Affinity for fieldwork. Clear, persuasive, and respectful communication. Ability to quickly build trust. Skill in direct sales and on-site closing. Active listening. Professional personal appearance. What Do We Offer You? Base salary: $2,205.56 gross per week. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 3 PM; Sunday off. One-hour lunch break. Uncapped commissions. Graduation bonus, conditional upon meeting targets after two months with the company. Weekly performance bonus. Quarterly bonuses and recognitions.
