MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES + Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash desk promptly, courteously, and error-free + Conduct all operations honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and company values + Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ cash policies and procedures, and the 7S methodology + Safeguard cash in secure areas and adhere to bunker security measures + Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan + Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat visits and referrals CANDIDATE PROFILE One year of experience in cashiering or cash handling Strong verbal communication skills Enjoyment of interacting with customers Experience in customer prospecting/cross-selling activities Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends Integrity in performing job duties WHAT WE OFFER Fixed weekly salary: $1,950 Weekly commissions: $300–$1,100 Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, year-end bonus of 15 days (increasing with seniority) Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off.
