PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit promptly, courteously, and error-free + Conduct all operations honestly and in full compliance with banking regulations and company values + Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ cash policies and procedures, and the 7S methodology + Safeguard cash within the secure area and strictly follow bunker security measures + Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan + Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat visits and referrals CANDIDATE PROFILE One year of experience working at cash desks or handling cash Strong verbal communication skills Enthusiasm for interacting with customers Experience in customer prospecting/cash exchange activities Availability to rotate shifts and work on weekends Integrity in performing job duties WE OFFER Fixed salary: $1,950 per week Weekly commissions: $300 to $1,100 Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, 15-day year-end bonus (increasing with seniority) Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off.
