Job Summary: Procurement professional responsible for negotiating with suppliers, managing the acquisition process, and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards. Participation in ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 audits SCHEDULE Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. SALARY 15,500 – 20,500 (Based on experience) BENEFITS Subsidized cafeteria service 23 days of Christmas bonus Transportation service Gasoline allowance Attendance bonus: $500 per month Grocery vouchers: $1,000 per month Monthly productivity bonus of $3,000 after the first 3 months REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree Minimum experience: 3 years Written and conversational English MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Report results and progress to management and immediate supervisor Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and credit terms Verify material receipt against purchase orders and invoices Develop monthly procurement plans Receive internal requests for quotation and procurement Prepare monthly procurement budget Quote consumables and raw materials for production Track on-time delivery of purchases Prepare weekly and monthly reports Monitor supplier payments Conduct and follow up on supplier audits Use Ding Talk for payment and procurement approvals Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 environmental criteria Participate in IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 audits Establish procurement process controls and performance indicators Support achievement of plant objectives and policies . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: 20 years or older Knowledge: Negotiation skills, Quality, Procurement management, English, Materials, Pricing, Suppliers, Receiving, Transportation, Price analysis Keywords: buyer, buyers, purchaser, shopper, comprador
