Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage collections, supplier payments, accounting, expense and human resource administration, as well as asset and material control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently manages collections and payments to suppliers. 2. Manages human resources and general accounting. 3. Controls assets, materials, and vehicle maintenance. • Customer collections • Supplier payments • Submission of monthly collection and expense closing reports • Administrative expense management • Entering invoices into customer portals • Supplier onboarding • Recording material purchases in the Compaq system • Material receipts and issuances in systems • Clarifications, returns, and warranties for non-conforming products • Supplier evaluations • Coordinating staff selection, recruitment, and administration. • Managing employee vacation schedules. • Payroll and commission breakdown control. • Vehicle maintenance, verification, and license fee payment.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Team management, Collections, Invoicing, Personnel management, Microsoft Excel, Supplier payments, Suppliers, Expense management Driver's licenses: Class A
