Job Summary: We are seeking Banking Advisors for Banco Azteca at Soriana, responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by selling credit products and services, promoting cross-selling, and building long-term relationships. We are currently hiring Banking Advisors for the Banco Azteca Module located inside Soriana, facing Plaza Ana. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by selling credit products and services to build long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on the various credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit, identifying their needs to facilitate new credit placements. Update all customer data in the system during each visit or contact, at least once per year. Process credit applications accurately to avoid payment delays and prevent fraud. Stay up-to-date and trained on the products and services we offer. Cambaceo: promoting products outside the point of sale. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. · REQUIREMENTS: Completed High School Education Customer service orientation One year of experience in financial product placement Numerical aptitude Knowledge of credit sales and telephone collections Experience in field prospecting activities / cambaceo Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends Integrity in performing job duties. · VALUE PROPOSITION: Fixed Weekly Salary Starting From: $2,200 Weekly commissions and bonuses Statutory Benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, Vacation Bonus of 25% annually, Year-end Bonus of 15 days per year (increasing with tenure). Working Conditions: Schedule from Monday to Sunday, 9:45 AM to 8:15 PM, including a 30-minute breakfast break and a 2-hour lunch break, with one weekday day off (Tuesday).
