Job Summary: We are seeking a bank teller to ensure excellent customer service and support, performing transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently, always with honesty and strict adherence to banking regulations. Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and support by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing their requested transactions. Main Responsibilities Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit quickly, courteously, and without errors. Conduct all operations honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and company values. Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7S methodology. Safeguard cash within the secure area and follow bunker security measures. Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-queue plan. Provide courteous and considerate service to encourage customer return and referrals. Requirements One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. Enjoy interacting with customers. Availability to rotate shifts. Availability to work weekends. Honesty in performing job duties. Value Proposition Starting salary: $1,740 per week. Weekly commissions: $600 MXN. Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
