Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in record keeping, bank reconciliations, tax support, and payroll calculation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting journal entry management and bank reconciliations 2. Support with tax filings and withholding tax calculations 3. Use of accounting software such as Aspel, CONTPAQI, SAE - ACCOUNTING JOURNAL ENTRY MANAGEMENT - BANK RECONCILIATIONS - SUPPORT WITH TAX FILINGS - PAYROLL AND WITHHOLDING TAX CALCULATIONS - USE OF ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE (Aspel, CONTPAQI, SAE) - KNOWLEDGE OF INCOME TAX (ISR) AND VALUE-ADDED TAX (IVA) - INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1–2 YEARS IN ACCOUNTING WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY–FRIDAY, 9 AM–6 PM WORK LOCATION: BOSQUES DE LAGO, CUAUTITLAN IZCALLI MUST RESIDE NEAR THE WORK LOCATION AS THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION SALARY BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS AND ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, accountant, payroll clerk, controller, bookkeeper, billing specialist, treasurer, accounting clerk
