Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record expense journal entries, manage accounts payable, and validate CFDIs (Digital Fiscal Receipts) at Latin America's largest laundry chain. Due to our expansion, we are seeking your talent as: Accounting Assistant Responsibilities: • Record accounting journal entries for expenses, including accruals and payments, using CONTPAQi Accounting. • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt and validation through to supplier payment tracking. • Validate Digital Fiscal Receipts (CFDI) and ensure their proper accounting integration. • Download, organize, and securely store XML files from the SAT portal. • Maintain an orderly and up-to-date document control system. • Support reconciliations and review of accounting information related to expenses.
