Position Summary: We are seeking a BIM Architect/Architectess for BIM modeling (Architecture, Structural, and MEP in Revit) in Executive and As-Built projects, providing support to the BIM team. Key Highlights: 1. BIM modeling experience (Architecture, Structural, and MEP in Revit) 2. Collaboration on Executive and As-Built projects 3. Support to the BIM team in project development We are seeking a full-time BIM Architect/Architectess with experience in BIM environment modeling (Architecture, Structural, and MEP in Revit), to collaborate on Executive and As-Built projects. Work will be conducted from the headquarters office, supporting the BIM team in project development. Scope of activities includes: - BIM modeling for Architecture, Structural, and MEP - Review and preparation of floor plans for Executive Projects. - Processing of Executive drawings and bulletins for generating As-Built projects. - Processing deliverables in Excel.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 25 and 40 years Knowledge: AutoCAD, Autodesk, Database, Structural Engineering, Navisworks, SketchUp Keywords: architect, arquitecto, architecture, arquitectura
