Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Render Artist to transform architectural drawings and concepts into photorealistic images and virtual tours for real estate and commercial projects. Statutory benefits from day one We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Render Artist to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming architectural drawings and concepts into photorealistic images (interiors, exteriors, and virtual tours) for real estate and commercial projects. Responsibilities: -Precise 3D modeling based on architectural drawings, sketches, or concepts. -Scene setup, texturing, lighting, and high-quality rendering. Creation of virtual tours and 3D animations. -Post-production of images to ensure a photorealistic finish. -Collaborate with the design team to understand the project’s intent and concept. Essential Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Digital Animation, or related field. Experience: -Minimum [2-3] years creating architectural renders and visualizations. -Software: Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Blender, or SketchUp. -Post-production: Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere (or After Effects for video). -Portfolio: Must submit previous work demonstrating quality in lighting, textures, and composition. Soft Skills: -High attention to detail and aesthetic sense (composition and color). -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. -Proactivity and excellent communication skills to understand client feedback and revisions.
