Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Pharmacist to ensure proper processing and validation of medical prescriptions, coordinate orders, and provide technical support to medical unit staff. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the distribution and marketing of pharmaceuticals. 2. Management of medical prescriptions and computerized systems. 3. Coordination and support to medical units in drug supply. For this reason, we are seeking your talent for the position of: 'Administrative Pharmacist' What requirements do you need? * Degree and professional license in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy (mandatory) * 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical field, hospital setting, clinical laboratory, or healthcare services. * Flexible working hours * Willingness to work in Toluca What responsibilities will you have? * Receive the original medical prescription and ensure it contains complete and properly required information * Enter, schedule, and validate chemical and clinical limits of medical prescriptions in the computerized system. * Schedule orders and sort medical prescriptions timely and accurately according to physicians' requirements (urgent and scheduled) * Verify that medical indication information matches that recorded in the computerized system * Provide information regarding compound preparation requests to medical unit staff requiring such information. * Document complaints received from medical unit staff and forward them to the responsible party for prompt resolution. * Jointly verify received compounds with medical unit staff to ensure completeness. * Maintain signed delivery confirmation records from both parties at the time of compound delivery and receipt.
