Provide information to customers via telephone and/or email to ensure proper submission of legal documentation prior to their onboarding. Perform data entry, preparation, registration, and archiving of documents to maintain control over customer files. Register services submitted by the Customer Service Department to optimize response time to customers. You only need... High school diploma / Completed technical degree in administrative fields; INDISPENSABLE certification required. Experience: 1 year in similar positions involving file control, invoicing, data registration, customer service, and information entry in Excel. Reside near the work location.
