Document Control: Filing of drawings, contracts, site logs, and permits. Supply Management: Requesting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and managing material inventories. Personnel Administration: Attendance recording, payroll management for workers, and overtime reporting. Financial Control: Handling petty cash, reviewing invoices, preparing estimates, and tracking expenses. Reporting: Daily entry of information regarding construction progress, machinery, and fuel consumption. Profile and Competencies: Education: Technical high school diploma in administration, accounting, or related fields (proven experience may sometimes substitute formal education). Experience: Typically 1–3 years in similar positions within construction companies.
